This is a fantastic opportunity to protect and support the business by managing complex complaints and using the insights gained from those complaints to drive continuous improvement, and ensure our practices align with industry standards and customer expectations. You''ll help safeguard our reputation and enhance customer trust by championing fair and effective resolutions.Youll work closely with various internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of compliance and contributing to the positive experience of our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential risks and implementing solutions that benefit both our customers and the business.In this role, you will:Manage and resolve complaints raised to Ombudsman schemes, external bodies, and complex or high-risk internal complaints.Investigate systemic issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend actionable improvements to processes, systems, or practices.Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks to reduce Red Energys risk profile and enhance the customer experience.Provide expert advice, investigation, and support to internal teams on all compliance-related matters.Develop and implement strategies to reduce overall complaint volumes through education, feedback loops, and process enhancements.Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve favourable compliance outcomes.Contribute to knowledge management and the development of process documentation to ensure Red Energy meets all compliance and regulatory standards.Use complaint data and other sources to report on trends, identify areas for improvement, and drive enhancements to the customer experience.What were looking for:Proven experience in a compliance, dispute resolution, case management, or a similar role, preferably within a regulated industry.
