Well, this is your chance to join the world''s leading Ground Handler at Brisbane Airport! We are looking for Load Controllers and Turn Around Coordinators to join our ever-growing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Perform all load control and flight functions on a shift-by-shift, flight-by-flight basis. Responsible for effective planning and preparation of all system and manual weight & balance documentation. Liaise with customer airline staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure the accuracy of passenger figures, baggage, and cargo weight. Prepare and issue loading instruction reports to ground handling staff. Provide Centralised Load Control functions to client airlines. Provide flight operations and airline crew with necessary information for fuel uplift and trim fuel transfer within ground time. Monitor flight schedule changes and update Departure Control System documentation accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Promote a positive safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance. Essential Criteria Motivated and capable of working on rostered shifts spanning 24/7. High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word. Dangerous Goods Awareness Training. Minimum of 3 years ground handling experience. Knowledge of aviation legislation, flight planning, weather, NOTAM, and Load Control Legislation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and precision. Ability to handle pressured and stressful situations successfully. Effective communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds. Understanding of the importance of meeting SLAs while adhering to safety standards. Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple issues and resolving them effectively. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
