Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe''re excited to welcome a Psychologist - Senior, to deliver high-level Psychology clinical services and leadership across one or more specific work units, to stakeholders/customers of the Sunshine Coast Health Service and Queensland Health (SCH).Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.Sunshine Coast Health is a values-based organisation. We respect, protect, and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Psychologist clinicians within Mental Health work as a team to meet clinical demand in accordance with the Clinical Prioritisation Document. Staff will be required to work across other clinical services and facilities within Mental Health as needed to meet patient care needs, manage leave cover, and support staff development. Staff may rotate across SCHHS as per Allied Health Rotation Guidelines.Key Responsibilities include:Deliver independent high-level Psychologist clinical practice with minimal supervision, exercising professional judgment on a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on evidence.Provide high-level clinical advice, education, and influence to align with a patient-centred vision, guiding professional operational teams and stakeholders on service delivery.Provide leadership oversight and supervision to less experienced Psychologist practitioners and students as delegated.Remuneration: Up to $82,820 per annum, including salary rates of $64.64 - $69.55 per hour, employer superannuation contribution (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%). This is a permanent flexible part-time position, 40 hours per fortnight. Applications remain current for 12 months.
