$110k-$120k + super (plus salary packaging)Are you a Senior Executive Assistant who has the drive, initiative and commercial acumen to support a CEO known to be an extremely smart, yet humble operator? The business offers hybrid working, on-site parking and is conveniently a stones throw away from a main train line.Youll be stepping into a pivotal role - supporting the CEO who has been described as a gentleman and a very kind operator. Youll be their right hand as they navigate a path of transformation, one where so many lives will be impacted for the better.This is a high-trust partnership. Not only will you be the extension of the CEO and work closely with an impressive SLT, but youll also become the go-to person between the Board and executives. Building strong relationships across both will be essential, particularly with the Chair, as the business enters a period of critical strategic review.With big changes on the horizon, this is a career opportunity for someone who has what it takes to support a values-drive organisation operate at its best.What will a day in the life look like, I hear you ask?Your natural instinct is to own your work and deliver the highest standard of service to your CEO. Youll continuously work in tandem to ensure their days are focused on heading towards their goals. With this in mind, you can expect your days to take shape with the following responsibilities...Proactively managing a busy diary, allocating time to the highest priorities and ensuring deadlines are being met.High level Board management - preparing Board papers, creating agendas, minutes and action items. You need to possess very speedy typing and document layout skills!Drafting and reviewing communications, particularly in relation to government correspondence and grant applications - government experience will be highly regarded.Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics for both internal and Board meetings (Board meetings are often held on the South Coast).Lead a team of Receptionists and uplift culture through influence and example.Work collaboratively with a wider admin team, offer mentorship when required and create better efficiencies across the business.Organising company events, booking travel and accommodation.Supporting internal projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and contributing to planning where required.Editing and proofreading documents to ensure a high standard of presentation and clarity.Assisting with ad hoc personal work and offering hands-on support across the business.If you have worked at C-Suite before, then you will be acutely aware that when supporting a high-performing CEO your work is never confined to a standard job description.
