News and information are available at www.atkinsrealis.com or follow us on LinkedIn.Learn more about our career opportunities at: Mechanical EngineerTo perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for the mechanical engineering & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of Industrial projects from concept design, FEED design and detailed design.Responsibilities:Review and analysis of regulatory requirement and safety design as per standards.Basis of Design / General Mechanical Drawings / Datasheets.Static & Rotating Equipment Arrangement / Calculations & Technical specifications.HVAC duct & piping, Plumbing & Utilities drawings.Review and Developing the Detailed Mechanical Engineering.Bill of Materials Take off.Coordination and management of equipment vendors.Technical clarification with vendor and/or sub -constructor.Review shop drawings and execute TBE of drawings sub-contractor.Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures.Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site Construction Work and liaison with site main contractor.Requirements:Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.Min 15 years experience in the mechanical engineering preferably in Industrial projects.Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate with Board of Engineers Malaysia.Experienced in EPCM work environment.Experienced in Management of Change (MOC) projects are an added advantage.Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Software is added value.Additional good knowledge of HVAC load calculation, energy modelling and efficiency optimization.Thorough Knowledge of Malaysia Code and local legislative regulations / International codes regulations.Added value in having past work experience in the multicultural team and hybrid environment.Comprehensive Medical & life insurance coverageRemote work opportunities outside of countryFlexible/hybrid work solutionsPerformance driven discretionary bonus programTransportation & housing allowances: Available for remote work locations.Employee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, as well as personal health, fitness, and nutrition consulting.Your difference makes a difference.
