Working Monday to Friday, you will lead our team in the promotion and delivery of First Aid training and kit servicing across the Region.This opportunity will suit an individual who has demonstrated experience in leading and managing diverse and dispersed teams using an inclusive leadership style, enjoys regional travel and has a commitment to excellent customer service. As part of this role, you will need to be a self-starter and have excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to be successful.What youll do:Provide day to day supervision and leadership to approximately 15 team members who are based in key locations including Broome, Kununurra, Port Hedland and Karratha.Coordinate training including scheduling classes and rostering team members.Facilitate recruitment, onboarding and upskilling of team members.Uphold service quality and compliance standards in line with RTO Standards.Drive financial efficiency within the team.Ensure financial targets are met and where possible exceeded.Champion change and drive strategic direction.Significant travel within the region will be requiredWhat youll need:Experience in a similar role, such as Team Leader, Training Coordinator or Supervisor.Background in training or commercial based sectors.Demonstrated people management and leadership experience.Good problem solving and organisational skills.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Strong financial and commercial acumen.Understanding of operational processes and proceduresKnowledge of accredited training practices and requirements the Standards RTOs (desirable)Ability to support the implementation of initiatives or changes.Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable).Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).Whats in it for you?The successful candidate will be offered an interactive and supportive working environment within a positive and professional team along with:$550 Health and Wellness reimbursement17.5% annual leave loadingCorporate UniformSalary packaging optionsFree emergency ambulance coverFree first aid trainingTo apply for this exciting opportunity please select "Apply Now".
