$125,000 $145,000 per year + annual bonusWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Financial Adviser (or seeking to become senior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a practicing financial adviser and a track record providing advice and financial services to high-net-worth clients of all ages.We encourage applications Australia-wide. We were proud finalists for the 2022 Cairns Chamber of Commerce Excellence Awards in People Management.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients.Develop and implement tailored financial strategies to meet clients'' goals and objectives.Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjustments based on market conditions and clients'' needs.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.Collaborate with other team members to deliver holistic financial solutions.Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and grow the firm''s client base.Qualifications:Bachelors degree set out in Schedule 1 of the Corporations (Relevant Providers Degrees, Qualifications and Courses Standard) Determination 2021.Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and professionalism.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses and super co-contribution.5 weeks Annual Leave each year.RDO''sOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Great coffee, morning tea''s and a friendly fun supportive team culture (work hard have fun).Salary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as a financial adviser?
