We are a well-established and highly reputable company, and most importantly, WE LOVE WHAT WE DO!We work in Primary, Secondary, Early Childhood, and SEN sectors.Free Agency provides schools in Victoria with casual teaching staff and permanent placement opportunities.We vet and process applications to ensure we place the best teachers in front of students across primary and secondary sectors.About the role - Anticipated start date: as soon as possibleThe Customer Service/Allocations component will form the majority of this role, involving liaising with Principals and Daily Organisers at schools to place the appropriate teachers. The role requires ensuring the best fit for each role, which may challenge your thinking as we strive for excellent service. This position is primarily based in our Bayside Office (Cheltenham).Human Resources duties will be secondary, mainly focusing on talent acquisition, including interviewing, onboarding, and recruiting new teachers. This area is an opportunity for growth after mastering the allocations responsibilities.Learning to place educators and understanding our network of schools will be the main focus initially, with opportunities to try other roles within the company as we collaborate and grow together. There are prospects for advancement as the company expands regionally and internationally.Our day starts early, at 6 am, involving teacher placements for the day. The environment is energetic and collaborative. Once schools start at 9 am, there is flexibility during the day.Our hours are from 6.30 am to 6 pm. The role may involve early starts, late finishes, and occasional 2-hour shifts on Sundays to support operations.
