As a key member of our team, you''ll be providing accurate and timely HR advice, support, and consultancy services to managers and employees in the delivery of organisational strategic objectives.The role and responsibilities will include:Act as a change agent and assist HRBPs in managing and implementing people & culture strategies across the organisation through projectsImplement, review and manage HR policies, procedures and initiatives across all Oceania business unitsPartner with the business to provide operational HR services to identified departments / unitsIn conjunction with the HRBPs, assist with delivering HR reports as required, including liaising with HR COEs for completion of quarterly / annual reports and analysisAssist in the research, design and implementation of HR projects as directed by Senior HR BP / HR and Administration including but not limited to Employee Engagement Survey, DEI, any other campaignTo be successful for this role, you will need:Bachelors degree in HR, Business Management or equivalent2-5 years of experience in HR in generalist/legal/compliance/ L&D rolesAn understanding of relevant Victorian Employment legislation would be beneficialComputer literacy, particularly in the Microsoft Office suiteProven ability in managing multiple projects concurrentlyHigh level of interpersonal skills; proven experience dealing with a wide range of stakeholdersThe ability to communicate clearly and effectivelyTo apply for this role, you must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident.If you are a New Zealand citizen and looking to relocate permanently to Melbourne, Australia, you are more than welcome to apply.Please note that remote working in overseas and interstate locations will not be considered.The successful candidate will be subject to National Police Check (criminal history).About Us:We are CMA CGM, the business that moves in excess of 21 million containers of cargo every year from over 400 different seaports.
