Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWelcome to RSGx - We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for our dynamic team based in Western Australia!If you thrive on identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue and are passionate about building and nurturing client and partner relationships and are ready to make an impact and drive success, read on!Your opportunityIn close collaboration with Regional General Managers, Market Leaders, the Tenders and Pre-Contracts team, and the Turnarounds Manager, this role will lead key account management and business development efforts across Western Australia with our existing key clients in the sustainability, and energy transition markets, while also leveraging your own network to unlock new business opportunities and expand our market presence. This role will require some travel within region or interstate to our other offices as required.Additional responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include:Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and unlock opportunities.Identifying new business opportunities and develop revenue-increasing strategies.Identifying and evaluate potential business partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.Developing and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.Revenue contribution / Achieve FY25 Budget. Monitor and update Regional Shutdown Calendar.Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients and partnersStrategic key account management and bid support for tenders within the regionManage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to the ExecutiveAttend industry events and conferences to network and stay up to date on industry trendsAbout youExperience in the engineering and construction industry, a strong network pipeline, and a history of successful business development and key account management expertise in the sustainable and energy transition including Power, Mining, Oil & Gas, Water and Infrastructure markets in Western Australia.Building on this impressive foundation, you also bring a well-rounded professional toolkit that sets you apart.
