Must have experience as a Demolition Project Manager.Our client is a well-established and market leading civil contractor, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated SeniorProject Manager - Demolitionto join their growing business.Our client provides their services across a number of industry sectors such as building, government, industrial, transport infrastructure, environmental etc. and you will be responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of a challenging projects.Types of projects are predominantly demolition with typical values from $1m to $20m+ and you will typically be running one large project or 2 to 3 smaller ones. Previous experience of delivering a $20m+ demolition as a no.1 is ideal.Must have previous demolition experience. It will be a Project Manager delivery role, no need to have estimating experience.
