Please see similar roles below...Job DescriptionChallenge yourself in a dynamic people management role for our 24/7 international operations.Together well lead a large team of Flight Attendants in safety, service, and productivity.This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at Melbourne International Terminal.As a Crew Experience Manager in our Qantas International business, you will focus on leading and managing the end-to-end employment relationship for a team of approximately 150 Flight Attendants and Business & First-Class Flight Attendants. Your role will be integral in ensuring a continual focus on safety, service, and productivity, whilst cultivating a high-performance culture amongst a large, diverse, and industrialized workforce. Through effective people management and collaboration with partner areas to address trends affecting Cabin Crew service delivery and productivity, you will contribute significantly to business objectives. As a member of our leadership team, you will also be required to support our 24/7 operation by participating in an on-call roster every 6 weeks to support our crew.Youll have:Ability to work early mornings and late evenings and participate in our on-call roster.Knowledge of the industrial context and influencing outcomes with unions.Proven ability in developing individuals and building effective, high-performing teams.Proven communication, facilitation, presentation, and diplomacy skills.Experience working within industrialized workplace environments with case management and investigation experience.Developed business acumen and personal commitment to service excellence.Ability to manage business as usual activities while leading various business projects.Sound judgment and fit-for-purpose solutions to meet an ever-changing customer and employee landscape.Proven ability to motivate, lead, and influence others.Why the Qantas Group?Youll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
