Key responsibilities:Oversee staffing, compliance, budgeting, and daily centre operationsMentor and inspire a team of educatorsDrive enrolments and community engagementLead preparation for Assessment and RatingBuild strong relationships with families and the local communityWhat Youll BringDiploma or higher in Early Childhood EducationPrevious experience as a Centre Director or in a similar leadership roleBlue Card (or Working with Children Check)Knowledge of National Quality Framework and RegulationsBusiness acumen rostering, budgeting, occupancyFirst Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)Experience in a regional or community-based setting will be highly regarded.
