This is where we try to be different - we are a company that is committed to striving for excellence in customer service!About the Role:Were looking for a confident, dependable, and hands-on Branch Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations at our Toowoomba headquarters.Reporting to and supported by the business owners, you will lead a team of electricians, apprentices, sales staff, accounts and admin. Youll work closely with our Admin Officer to ensure the front office runs smoothly, support the install and sales teams in meeting their targets, and play a key role in driving overall branch performance.This is not a behind-the-scenes role - youll be actively involved across all departments, helping people stay focused, solving problems early, and ensuring our customers have a consistently great experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all areas of the Toowoomba branch, providing structure and support to admin, accounts, sales, and installersWork closely with the Front Office Administrator to manage priorities, scheduling, and customer communicationOversee general stock control and procurement processes, and ensure warehouse systems remain functional and efficientRun weekly meetings and/or toolbox talks to align prioritiesMotivate and support your team to meet job targets, achieve KPIs, and deliver quality workAct as the local face of Proven Energy - building relationships with customers, community groups, and industry contactsProvide leadership and clarity to staff - making sure everyone understands their role, responsibilities, and prioritiesEnsure policies and procedures are followed, and provide training or direction where neededAct as the go-to problem-solver - addressing issues proactively before they escalate.Provide accurate, timely reporting to the business owners on branch performance, job outcomes and customer satisfactionWork closely with our Finance Manager to maintain accurate financial records, oversee purchasing and job costing, and ensure the branch remains aligned with financial goals.Support business-wide improvements by identifying inefficiencies or communication gaps and recommending solutionsMaintain high standards of professionalism and service at every opportunity.About You:Youre dependable, organised, and comfortable making decisions - especially when things are busy or unclear. Youre not afraid to get your hands dirty but you know how to lead others, set direction, and help a team stay on track.
