This role offers a unique blend of financial expertise and operational insight, enabling you to influence key business decisions and drive performance across our revenue, projects, and manufacturing divisions.As a key member of the finance team, you will take responsibility for revenue, projects and manufacturing divisions and deliver actionable insights that guide decision-making across all levels of the organisation. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, compliance & governance, and reporting. Your role will also include working with key internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with the finance team to ensure financial stability, transparency, and success.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, cash flow management, CAPEX and fixed asset management ensuring financial targets are met.Financial Analysis & Reporting: Deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to inform decision-making processes, including month end close.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for financial process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including working closely with the manufacturing team.Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to Australian Accounting Standards, taxation laws, and regulations.Team Collaboration: Support and mentor team members in finance and the broader business.Financial Insights: Provide financial oversight for projects, including budget control, performance analysis, revenue recognition in accordance with AASB15 and process improvements.ExperienceProfessional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a finance business partnering role, preferably within construction, renewable energy or manufacturing sectors.Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.Analytical Abilities: Exceptional ability to analyse financial data and provide strategic insights.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
