We are looking for an energetic manager to organise daily operations and help motivate our teamto provide excellent customer service. Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer experience and help grow our Caf to remain the destination for great coffee at Highpoint.At Jasper, we pride ourselves on sustainability to shape our business practices and develop economic and social benefits with producers via our Fairtrade and Organic coffee and other products.Our store has an extensive range of coffee beans, a delicious menu and a fridge full of beautiful cakes, as well as a range or coffee equipment and accessories.This is an amazing opportunity for someone to add value to our already busy team.Our successful Store Managers can demonstrate the following skills and experience.Experience in a similar management role of a caf or retail outlet. Specialty Coffee experience viewed upon favourably.Enjoy coaching and leading to bring out the best in your team.Have the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.Be customer-focused and assist in creating a positive, professional environment for all customers.Be a proactive fast learner able to manage change when necessary.Experience in rostering, COGS control, labour control and achieving sales targets.LASTLY and probably most importantly have a passion for coffee.What your week will look like:Managing the team and rostersTeam training and developmentOrdering supplies and maintaining stock levelsExpense & revenue monitoring in conjunction with Retail Area ManagerMaking and Drinking amazing coffee, plus experimenting with over 40 different coffees.Learning all about Jasper Coffee, our products & how to sell them.Come and work for one of the most sustainable coffee companies in the world!
