Our Manufacturing & Packaging division is proud to offer inclusive employment opportunities and is seeking a motivated and capable Packaging/Food Room Supervisor to join our team.About the RoleReporting to the Factory Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective daily operations of our packaging and food production areas. This hands-on leadership role is vital to maintaining high-quality output, workplace safety, and team engagement in a supported employment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a diverse team across the packaging and food room areasMaintain production schedules, inventory control, and documentation using Business Central and CRM systemsPromote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principlesEnsure quality assurance standards (HACCP, ISO) are metMaintain employee rosters, timekeeping, and compliance with NDIS documentation requirementsSupport training, development, and coaching of employees, including people with disabilitiesLiaise with the Production Manager on workflow, staffing, and inventory planningAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Experience supervising staff in a production or manufacturing environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsConfidence using IT systems and reporting toolsUnderstanding of quality assurance and safety standards (including HACCP)A collaborative, inclusive, and hands-on leadership styleSound mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilityA current driver''s licenceCertificate IV in Training & Assessment, Disability or Frontline ManagementForklift licence and/or Senior First Aid CertificateExperience working with people with disability or in a supported employment settingWhy Join Us?Be part of a purpose-led organisation making a real differenceInclusive, collaborative team cultureOnsite parking and convenient locationAccess to salary packaging benefitsOngoing training and development opportunitiesAs an organisation, we are committed to protecting children, young people and vulnerable adults and people with disability.
