We will give you the opportunity to work alongside some of the most skilled people in the industry and accelerate your career.Your position will report directly to the Construction Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity. You MUST have a strong proven track record in luxury finishes and the process of handing over a project to our high end clientele. You will be immersively working on this project and will place your focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time.DUTIES.WHS ManagementSubcontractor ManagementStrength in FinishesWell proven and experienced in Class 2 building worksAssist Construction, Development & Project ManagersSKILLS & EXPERIENCE.Relevant experience as a Foreman on multi-residential projectsAbility to supervise staff onsite, including subcontractorsInterpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice in order to direct the progress of work and monitor complianceCULTURE.We are highly regarded as a great place to work.
