Work with a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation delivering real impact across the business. 12- moth contract with opportunity to extend Deliver end-to-end HR support with exposure to strategic projects and transformation initiatives Grow your HR career in a collaborative, values-driven organisation making a real impact________________________________________Key Responsibilities Deliver expert advice on complex employee relations and industrial relations matters Support performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver tailored people solutions Improve and deliver employee training and onboarding aligned to HR best practice Coordinate employee documentation, payroll, and resolve HR/pay queries Maintain and enhance HR systems, policies, and procedures Develop and review position descriptions with people leaders Draft relevant correspondence including variation letters, acting arrangements, HDA, and probation outcomes Generate reports and insights to support strategic people initiatives Contribute to a high-performing and people-focused workplace culture________________________________________What Youll Bring Demonstrated experience in HR advisory roles within a complex organisation Strong knowledge of employee relations, WHS, and industrial relations frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Confidence to navigate challenging conversations with influence and empathy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines________________________________________Why Join This Team?
