This is a high-impact role that will contribute to the strategic financial direction of the business by leading the corporate planning process and delivering high-quality management reporting, forecasting, and board-level insights. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys partnering with diverse stakeholders and can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.Role & Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting, corporate planning, and monthly forecasting processesPrepare and present board packs, including board-ready PowerPoint presentations summarising key insights and performance metrics.Deliver financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis to key stakeholders.Collaborate with divisional and corporate teams to support informed decision-making and performance tracking.Support the implementation of new planning and reporting systems to enhance automation and insight generation.Contribute to ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide hands-on support and coordination of activities across the FP&A function.01st July, 2025About DBG Health:DBG Health is a leading Melbourne-based health, wellness, and beauty company with over 1,500 professionals dedicated to making wellbeing accessible to all.
