With a strong legacy and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next era of innovation, productivity, and profitability.Position OverviewAs CEO, you will be the strategic and operational leader of the business, responsible for setting vision, driving performance, and building a culture of excellence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will oversee all facets of the operationfrom farm and supply chain to finance, people, and customer.
