Our aim is that every touchpoint of the Academy is seamless and welcoming for families, continually innovating and improving.The OpportunityAs Studio General Manager, youll oversee our dual-site operations, managing and supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service for students, parents and prospective families.Working within our collaborative Leadership Team, and reporting to the Director, youll influence the growth and success of a well-established brand with a five-star reputation, while contributing positively to the lives of hundreds of children and families.Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, based primarily at our Fairfield studios.Key Responsibilities:LeadershipCollaborating with the Assistant Director, lead and manage a team of teachers and customer service staff.Embed a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across all touchpoints.Champion Rain & Luckys culture and values at all times.Administration & Customer ServiceProvide outstanding customer service to existing and potential customers (parents and children).Maintain accurate records of enrolments, classes and Academy events.Onboard new team members, process leave requests & other staff support.Dual-Site OperationsManage Academy operations across two sites, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional customer experience.Oversee maintenance issues, ensuring high standards and adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.Performance & GrowthCollaborating with Assistant Director in hiring and conducting regular performance reviews to monitor and guide team performance.Contribute to the ongoing development of programs, training, and marketing activities to drive enrolments and enhance service quality.Use budgets to track and report on the success of various projects.About YouQualifications in Business, Management or a related field (desirable).3+ years'' experience leading operations in a people-focused organisation.3+ years experience working with children and young people.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; an independent thinker who takes initiative and holds themselves accountable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.Proven ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.A self-starter and a confident decision maker.Highly organised, innovative and detail-oriented.Professional, approachable, customer-focused, with a high emotional intelligence and alignment with company values.An appreciation for the performing arts.Looking for a long-term position, and wanting to grow with the company.Valid Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain), Police Check, First Aid & CPR.Why Join Rain & Lucky?Be part of a growing, values-driven organisation, with an excellent standing in the local community.Make a positive impact on the lives of young people and families through performing arts education.Work in a supportive, close-knit team with a passion for excellence, innovation and efficiency.Opportunities to grow and develop with the company, and to contribute creatively.Work in a joyful, colourful workplace dedicated to doing good.How to ApplyPlease submit a current resume and cover letter detailing why you are the person we are searching for.
