Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role is accountable for driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and team engagement within a region that is integral to the broader success of our Australian network.As a strategic business leader, the General Manager will lead a team of Regional Managers and work in close collaboration with cross-functional departments including People & Culture, Finance, Marketing, Property, and Clinical Leadership. The primary focus is to support and enable clinic success through the execution of national strategy at a local levelensuring alignment with our values, financial targets, and commitment to delivering exceptional veterinary care.In addition to managing day-to-day operations, this role will drive the successful integration of new acquisitions, deliver turnaround strategies for underperforming clinics, and foster a connected and collaborative regional community of veterinary teams.
