With over 1,000 employees nationally, the business has a proud legacy, a values-driven culture, and a clear focus on sustainable growth.As a key member of the Executive Team and reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is an opportunity to lead a capable and committed HR function across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Training, and Safety.The RoleThis is a broad, hands-on leadership position that will suit a commercially minded HR executive who thrives in a traditional, operationally focused environment where people and performance are front and centre.You will:Be a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and Executive teamLead end-to-end HR operations across a diverse national workforce (including manufacturing, engineering, logistics and sales)Provide clear, pragmatic advice on ER/IR matters, performance, and complianceOversee all HR policies, procedures, contracts, and employment obligations (incl.
