With a dynamic new phase of growth underway, Able Foods and TLC are poised for further market expansion.The organisation is currently undertaking a significant program of transformation, including operational integration, refreshed branding, and enhanced sales and marketing capabilities. With a clear focus on building a market-leading presence in the care economy, the Chief Growth Officer role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven leader.The opportunityReporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and FPIPs leadership, the Chief Growth Officer will:Shape and lead Able Foods and TLCs national sales and partnership strategy across aged care, NDIS, and emerging marketsDrive commercial growth through business development, B2B and B2G partnerships, and new revenue streamsBuild Able Foods and TLCs reputation as the trusted meal partner to aged care providers, NDIS networks, and allied sectorsInspire and develop a high-performing sales and customer engagement team, fostering a collaborative and performance-focused culturePlay a key leadership role within FP Ability and FPIPs broader care economy portfolio, contributing to long-term strategy and impactAbout youKey skills, essential criteria and desirables:Experienced sales and growth leader with a strong track record in aged care, NDIS, healthcare, or aligned sectorsProven ability to drive revenue growth, develop partnerships, and lead market expansionSkilled in B2B and B2G sales strategy, business development, and stakeholder engagementCommercially astute, collaborative and outcome-driven, with a passion for impact within the care economyStrong leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing, customer-focused teamsWhats on OfferA competitive salary and incentive plan will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with skills and experience, with the potential opportunity for future equity participation.
