What Youll Be DoingAs a Gaming Attendant, your role is to create a welcoming and safe environment while delivering top-tier service to every guest. Your day-to-day will include:Providing professional and friendly customer service in the gaming room, bar, and loungeOperating gaming machines and assisting patrons with payouts and minor technical issuesServing food and beverages (including coffee and alcohol) with a focus on speed and qualityHandling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and securelyAssisting with accommodation guest check-ins and phone enquiriesKeeping the gaming area clean, organised, and compliant with regulationsPromoting responsible gambling and ensuring a safe and respectful environmentSupporting team members and contributing to a positive team cultureFollowing RSA and WHS procedures at all times About YouYoure reliable, friendly, and have a can-do attitude with a passion for great service.
