We have a permanent full-time position for a Barista / Cafe Allrounder at our (insert location), which is a (insert bed count) residential home (insert location hyperlink from website).Our Barista / Cafe Allrounder creates a friendly and customer service-oriented environment where residents and their families can socialise over a hot or cold beverage or snack. Typical responsibilities include:Welcoming all customers with a warm, friendly, and helpful personality and attitude.Serving a range of snacks including hot and cold sandwiches, cakes, muffins, etc.Preparing and serving hot and cold (non-alcoholic) beverages it is essential you have a barista certificate and can make excellent coffees!Cleaning kitchen, service areas, and dining areas around the coffee shop.Following and executing daily, weekly, and monthly procedures to maintain high-quality cafe operations.Collaborating with the Chef Manager to manage supply needs for the cafe.Ensuring the cafe area is free from hazards, trips, slips, or other safety issues.Maintaining a professional, respectful, and inviting cafe environment that reflects well on our company.Assisting with or providing backup support in dining room service when required.This role involves physical activity, including bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items, which must be performed safely without risk of injury to yourself, colleagues, or residents.About YouAt Infinite Aged Care, we value attitude and aptitude over experience. Formal qualifications like a Cert II in Hospitality are highly regarded but not essential.
