Position Summary Provides excellent customer service by communicating membership programs, benefits, and credit card options to current and prospective members, encouraging renewals and promoting products and services. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the gas station and car wash areas, ensures accurate signage, and handles claims, returns, and inventory management in accordance with company policies. Operates equipment such as cash registers, gas station, and car wash tools, processing transactions and providing services to customers following proper procedures.
