We operate a hybrid model - with office space for collaboration, creativity and relationship building, and home offices for focused work where you can better manage life''s other demands.The Role & The TeamAs the Program Director you will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives to modernize Adicas core insurance eco-system, establish new digital capabilities and business processes that have been defined as enablers to achieving Adicas strategic business objectives.The program incorporates related strategic projects which includes the following objectives:Replace the legacy core insurance systems for Policy, Claims and Billing and form the foundation of the core ecosystem. Enhance customer-facing capabilities including digital customer portals with self-serve functions. Uplift product agility and white-label capabilities.Enhance data management and analytics capabilities, enabling data sharing and integration with partners, improving data security, reporting, analytics and internal decision-making.Enable consistent customer experiences across partner digital channels. Provide a seamless and secure authentication capability for insurance services.Enable omnichannel customer engagement, tightly integrated with the core insurance system for a consistent service experience across voice, chat, SMS, and email.You will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, implementation partner(s), external solution providers and strategic business partners to deliver agreed outcomes and drive the program to completion.This is a twelve month fixed term contract position with a view to extension or permanency.ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution:Responsible for leading execution of the Adica 2.0 program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. Overseeing delivery of related projects to ensure achievement of required outcomes on time and within budget.Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and consolidated workforce plans.Continuously tracking the prime solution and implementation partner''s performance against agreed-upon milestones and deliverables, commercials and taking corrective actions if necessary.Stakeholder Management:Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Adicas executive leadership, business unit SMEs, Strategic Business partners, internal and external technology teams, and third party vendors.Facilitate regular communication and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment across all parties. Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the implementation process to facilitate smooth decision-making and support.Establish and ensure robust risk management processes to Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the program.Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure program continuity.Build and lead a high-performing program team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability for outcome.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development.Business Change Management:Adopt standard practices and processes defined by the solution implementation partner.Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new platforms and processes.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to manage expectations and drive user acceptance.Your Skills & ExperienceProven experience in leading large-scale IT transformation programs, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.Strong understanding of core insurance platforms and related technologies, particularly Guidewire.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and tight timelines.What We Offer at AdicaAt Adica we put people first, we strive to create a workplace where all employees feel supported and empowered.
