We are invested in the development and unique needs of our diverse employees and strive to create an inclusive environment that allows our employee to bring their full selves to work.Global Workspace Solutions, also known as GWS, develop individualised facilities management success plans for each of our clients.As a Operations Manager, here is a snapshot of your day:Lead a team of direct reports across facilities, reception and eventsEnsure service consistency and quality through continual process improvementOversee all building systems and maintenance activities with external contractors and techniciansLead minor project coordination (e.g. churn, small fit outs), space resets, furniture and cable management and supply inventory.Act as primary escalation point for emergency and operational issues.Oversee premium front of house and guest experience servicesProvide oversight of all corporate events, coordinating with events manager to ensure flawless executionManage operational budgets, billing, and reporting in line with CBREIdentify costs savings opportunities whilst maintaining high services standards.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:Minimum of 5 years experience in front of house, workplace services, facilities management or hospitality.Proven team leadership experienceStrong communication, stakeholder engagement and highly professionalExperience in high level corporate environment is highly regardedStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.Whats in it for you?People are the foundation upon which our success is built.
