The opportunityDelaware North Australia is hiring a Workforce Coordinator to join the Marvel Stadium team on a full time basis.As the Workforce Coordinator you will be involved in the direct contact, rostering and confirming of all casual hospitality employees working at the Marvel Stadium. With a focus on collaboration and support, we bring out the best in each other.What you will do?Ensure our database of casual employees are rostered on to meet the needs of the year round functions, conferences, and eventsBuild internal relationships across all levelsUtilise and understand the software rostering system - HumanforceMake alterations to rosters in line with management direction to ensure effective staffing models based on crowd predictions and forecastsAssist with match/event-day check in process during events throughout the yearMore about youStrong administration skills and computer proficiencyExceptional attention to detailExposure to building rosters - favourable but not essentialHigh level organisation and time management skillsThe ability to think on your feet and forward planProven problem solving expertiseStrong relationship managementAvailability to work across 7 days when required, including some public holidaysWho we areMarvel Stadium is one of Melbourne''s top destinations for sports and entertainment, with an impressive capacity of 53,000.
