Your day-to-day will include: Lead the logistics magic. Ensure seamless supply to our commercial partners across Krispy Kreme ANZ and support merchandisers with best-in-class in-store execution Proactively monitor logistics operations and merchandising standards daily Perform weekly audits to check display unit cleanliness, pricing, promotions, and positioning compliance Drive improvement and best practices by coaching and re-educating driver-merchandisers Optimize store merchandising by guiding driver-merchandisers in display positioning and maintenance Train driver-merchandisers on Krispy Kreme food safety standards and SOPs Maintain an asset register for all display units and cabinets Support the Commercial Operations Manager with KPI data and insights on merchandising performance Be part of a team thats wonderfully original.
