In this pivotal position, youll drive high-quality, evidence-informed and trauma-informed practice across our CYF streamhelping to shape better outcomes for children, young people, and families.Youll lead the continued implementation and integration of our Therapeutic Model of Care across services, ensuring its grounded in current research, aligned with sector standards, and responsive to the needs of the people we support. Youll work closely with Area Principal Practitioners, Operational Leaders, Support Services and Subject Matter Experts to build capability through coaching, training, supervision, and consultation.This is your opportunity to influence practice at a system levelsupporting leaders, guiding quality improvement, and embedding a culture of learning and excellence. Work with people who care as much as you.Your skills and experienceBachelor level degree in social work, psychology or related discipline (mandatory)Master level in social work, psychology or related discipline (mandatory)Current drivers licence valid in VictoriaSignificant knowledge of and experience in the provision of practice and/or clinical leadership within the health and/or community services sector.Proven ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based and trauma-informed advice on risk assessment, case planning and management, and child safeguarding.Deep understanding of evidence-based frameworks including trauma theory, attachment theory, and trauma neurobiology.Extensive knowledge of community services and therapeutic frameworks, particularly in the child, youth, and family sector, including relevant legislation and regulations.Skilled in delivering training, coaching, and reflective practice on topics such as child development, complex trauma, substance use, and family violence.Demonstrated ability to engage with and ensure the cultural safety of clients from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, CALD, and LGBTIQ+ communities.View the position description here.How to applyClick APPLY to submit your interest.If this role sounds like a good fit for you, please apply soon.
