In this pivotal position, youll drive high-quality, evidence-informed and trauma-informed practice across our CYF streamhelping to shape better outcomes for children, young people, and families.Youll lead the continued implementation and integration of our Therapeutic Model of Care across services, ensuring its grounded in current research, aligned with sector standards, and responsive to the needs of the people we support.
