In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to on delivering outstanding quality homes that exceed our customers'' expectations. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Management of tradespeople and subcontractors on our sites across North Western SydneyCoordinating site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocationInspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality in alignment with construction codes and our contractual obligationsEnsuring that homes are completed on time and within the allocated budgetCompleting project milestone tasks and other activities in our systems (Companion)Ensuring all visitors to sites including trades and vendors understand compliance with the company Safety Management System and the WH&S legislation and internal operating systemsLiaising with customers and council, as required to provide an unbeatable customer serviceEnsuring that the required documentation and paperwork is completed during the building processAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose to be Australias number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values.
