Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), were a leading commercial, rural and personal lines insurer and a top-three provider of workers compensation insurance.Your RoleWere looking for multiple Motor Claims Consultants to join our CGU claims teams across Australia on a full-time, permanent basis. Your main objective will be to support customers and stakeholders through the motor claims process. This includes juggling a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence from customers, brokers and authorised representatives.Commencing, Monday, 4 August 2025, youll begin with a comprehensive, fully paid induction at one of the following three IAG offices Dharug Country (Parramatta), Boorloo (West Perth) and Naarm (Melbourne CBD). After a minimum of 3 months in the office you may be eligible for a hybrid role allowing work from home within the business requirements. Youll work Monday to Friday with shifts between 8:30am 5:00pm local time.Please note: To work from home, youll need high speed internet connection, and a private home office set up.About YouYoull thrive in a fast-paced, inbound call centre environment.
