They specialise in building Apartments, Aged Care, Commercial Offices and Luxury Residential builds up to $150m. Due to a recent project wins they are both looking to bring on Contract Administrators for the below project:$60M Aged Care/Apartment complex in Elwood - from the start of the project, demo is still happening and some of the major trade packages have already been let.Your New RoleWorking alongside experienced PMs and SMs, you will be responsible for:Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.Financial forecasting and cost-tracking.Subcontract variation and progress claims.Assisting the PM with Head Contract client management.This will be a lead CA position.What you need to succeed2-3+ years working in a CA role for a Commercial builder.Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.Ideally with experience in delivering Apartments /multistorey where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.Ideally CHEOPS, Aconex or similar financial management systems experience.A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.Whats in it for youWork for a market leaders in the tier 2 Commercial building space.Learn from the best - this company are market leaders in process.A company who have got an exceptional reputation in regards to company culture.A very healthy pipeline of diverse projects with repeat clients.Approachable, highly reputed senior leadership team who are actively involved in the projects.Diverse and inclusive working environment.Regular salary / performance reviews.Site Based in Elwood, head office in Richmond, you will be site based predominantly.What to do nextIf you are interested, please click apply or send your CV direct to will@trifecta.net.au.
