These are full-time fixed-term contracts from August 2025 to February 2026.As these are seasonal roles, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December February. If you''re ready to help us serve up real impact, wed love to hear from you.About the RolesYou will play an integral part in the delivery of the Australian Open, helping to coordinate and execute various aspects of the event across a range of operational and commercial functions. Role types include:Event Coordination assist in planning and delivering seamless eventsPrecinct and Product Operations support operations for the precinct including products, activations, and experiencesCustomer Experience organisation and delivery of outstanding patron engagement and service across the precinctAccreditation manage access control systems and accreditation pass processesBroadcast & Media assist with operations to ensure world-class media coverageSignage coordinate production, placement and maintenance of event signageLogistics support the movement of people, products and equipment across the sitePartnerships & Sales assist in commercial and partner operations, retail activations and stakeholder servicingPlease note, the roles we recruit are at the coordinator/specialist level, reporting into a permanent lead/manager.About YouTo be successful in these roles you will enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment bringing:Relevant experience in a specific field such as event operations, customer experience, logistics or accreditation - major event experience highly desirableHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsEffective communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholderProficiency in Microsoft Office and administration systemsPreparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis AustraliaWhats to Love?Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunitiesTickets to the Australian OpenMonthly health & wellbeing activities with access to CorePlus PilatesOnsite gym, tennis facilities & free onsite car parkingA range of discounts from our sponsorship partnersTo ApplyIf you think youre up to the challenge, wed love to hear from you!
