You will further develop your skills through media planning and strategy across various verticals.This role offers exposure to all media channels, online and offline, with a focus on enhancing channel planning skills, cross-channel integration, and strategic problem-solving for clients business challenges.Your immediate responsibilities include managing our day-to-day client relationships, leading media planning efforts, and overseeing the development of the Client Executive and Associate team members.Core responsibilities:Support the Client Director in delivering innovative solutions to client briefs.Collaborate across Dentsu and the network, leveraging product and service knowledge to create value for clients and Dentsu.Manage client communication plans, including timelines and budgets.Review plans to improve margins and value through innovation and efficient workflows.Lead and motivate internal teams to produce high-quality work.Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients.A bit about you:Experience with Spectra and agency financial management.Multi-channel media planning and buying experience, including ATL media.Knowledge of SMD/Spectra, TV Buying, Move, eTAM, eRAM.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across client service and team leadership.Proven success in process management within Planning & Buying.Strong team-oriented mindset and stakeholder relationship skills.Whats in it for you:Flexible working arrangements, including a $250 home office setup contribution.Volunteer leave and participation in company-wide initiatives like One Day for Change.Five weeks of annual leave after two years, plus wellness days.Career development opportunities, including access to dentsu University.Our values:We foster a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone can bring their whole selves to work.
