While for business purpose, ballroom and meetingrooms are available for conference up to 350 guests.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in both the corporate and travel agent segments.Identify and secure new business opportunities in Surabaya and neighbouring areas.Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive loyalty and repeat business.Represent the hotel at sales events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and service delivery.QualificationsMinimum of 23 years'' experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry.Strong network and connections within the Surabaya corporate and travel trade markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken). #J-18808-Ljbffr
