If you''re passionate about making a significant impact and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want you on our team!Your Impact:Assist the Finance Manager and team with month-end and year-end tasks, accounts reconciliation, and audit queries, including internal, external, and SOX control.Manage local ERP system (SAP) and Global BI (Onestream) error rectification, accounting rule maintenance, and reconciliation. Handle annual statutory accounts reporting, income tax returns, and financial reporting for NZ, AU, and Sparex AU entities.Take full ownership of inventory, fixed assets, and related accounting and reconciliation tasks, including standard cost, landed cost accounts, and Annual Net Realizable Value provision.Financial Analysis and Reporting by supporting operational expense and margin analysis, foreign currency transaction accounting, and reporting. Prepare monthly management reports for ANZ board meetings and assist with balance sheet accounts forecasting and budgeting.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, manage dealer incentive payouts, assist with incentive accruals, and ensure compliance with corporate and local policies.
