Key Responsibilities: Develop trusted relationships with your customers. Retain and grow your portfolio whilst leveraging your networks to support small business customers in bringing their business ideas to life. Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $5 million. Convert leads into wins, fueling growth and delivering impressive results whilst driving customer advocacy. Increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice. Understand our customers needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions. Build relationships with brokers and proprietary customers to create and action new business opportunities as well as support existing customers. Qualifications: Motivation to build genuine personal connections with customers, empowering them to feel confident and bring their business dreams to life. Lending experience in business banking or retail banking and navigating credit processes. Strong customer and relationship management skills and a passion for networking and growing your portfolio.
