Our dynamic team of 2,000+ professionals work across 40 unique retail concepts and now, we want YOU to join our team!This is a new hands-on role where you will be responsible to manage thefresh food and coffeeof our extended Grab & Go category for 8 retail convenience stores in the Sydney Domestic Airport terminals (T2&T3) as part of the current refurbishment program.The Role:Were looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Fresh Food Manager to join usat Sydney DomesticAirport.The role will manage: Fresh sub-category (sandwiches, wraps, retail ready yoghurts & snacks), along with a range of made on site snack pots from a shared kitchen space. Coffee sub-category - In a first to airport initiative, automatic coffee using state-of-the-art machines to offer passengers a value coffee offer Bakery sub-category - a range of sweet and savoury pastries Manage store areas with accountability and attention to detail Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standardsWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience working within a fresh retail store and exposure to made-on-site products and fast-paced environmentsStrong communication skills and ability to work within a shared kitchen spaceStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of merchandising at all timesExperience collaborating with other Store Managers to deliver Sales and Margin targetsStrong administrative skills to manage multiple cost centres, stock transfers, and orderingHas managed a small work team previouslyExperience with waste minimisation through effective stock rotationProven experience with food safety guidelines and protocolsFlexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID CardPerks & Benefits:Parking No one likes paying for it!
