Its a fun, customer centric environment where theres heaps of support and focus on career development. Our contact centre is open 8am 8pm Mondays to Fridays and 9am 5pm on weekends, so youll need to be available during those times (were closed on National Public Holidays).We are dedicated to providing you with all the training and support you need to become proficient in role, as such no experience in banking is necessary! Youll start off in the classroom for 3 weeks, where youll learn everything you need to know to get you started, then youll join the team where youll be on the phones taking calls in a supportive environment with ongoing training, until you able to take calls across all our products at BOQ, providing the best possible customer service at the same time.About YouHas banking always interested you?
