We bring brands to life!ROLE IN A NUTSHELLAs the Visual Merchandising Specialist for our beloved Review and Elka brands, you''ll play a key role in translating brand vision into compelling in-store experiences. You''ll be the driving force behind impactful visual displays, using mannequins and merchandise to bring each season''s product and marketing strategy to life.From attending seasonal and monthly handover meetings for firsthand insight into upcoming collections, to crafting key product stories and looks for the Visual Merchandising Brief (VMB), youll be immersed in the creative process every step of the way.This role leads the charge in test store set-ups for both concept and concession locations, setting the standard across Australia and New Zealand. You''ll create detailed visual merchandising documentation and communications that ensure our brand stories shine consistently in every store.WHAT YOULL BE DOINGAssist the Group HOVM & Brand MD to build the VM strategy for standalone and concession stores, outlining key elements and requirements for execution.Manage the monthly mock shop and key looks creating product groupings and mannequin outfits, developing signage and window creative requirements - signed off by key stakeholders.Manage & communicate the monthly Visual Merchandising Booklet document.Lead the test store each month with the Head of Retail driving the merchandising and key looks strategies for the month.Photograph the monthly set up ensuring all images are clear and show the new merchandising and mannequin styling clearly.Manage the communication of updates to retail teams with any changes made at test store.Collaborate with planning and retail team to coordinate sale and promotional timelines and communication in line with the trade calendar.Oversee the merchandising calendar with focus on big brand moments ensuring team deliver requirements within times frames i.e. Mothers Day, Christmas, Design collaborations and ad-hoc as required.Lead weekly store presentation and commercial updates to support adjustments of merchandise and mannequins in line with business performance.Develop training tools to support the retail teams in consistent execution of store experienceReview sales data with a view to altering VM to improve and maximise sales and profitabilityRegularly complete competitor shops to keep abreast of competitor and market trends in the VM spaceABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will come with..Minimum 3 years in a similar capacity (ideally across Womenswear Brands)Previous VM & retail experience / knowledgeExcellent administration and organisational skills which enable you to meet both budget and timeline requirementsIntermediate - Advanced understanding of Adobe, particularly in InDesignStrong commercial and business acumenA good eye for colour matching and attention to detailExperience in Sketch Up is preferredJUST SOME PERKS WE OFFERHybrid working - Work from home one day per week.Pet-friendly workspace - Yes, your furry friend can join you at work!Epic discounts - Up to 50% off top brands like Reebok, Superdry, and Clarks!Exclusive LK Group perks - Treat yourself to savings at Daniels Donuts, Hommey, Snooze & more!VIP access to sample sales - Get first dibs on incredible dealsLeave when it matters - Paid parental leave, volunteer leave & purchased leave options.Novated leasing - Drive your dream car with ease.Loyalty rewards - We celebrate your milestones with generous service awards!Well-being matters - Free access to Mental Health Professionals through our Employee Assistance Program.And moreBecause work should come with awesome perks!READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT?If you thrive on blending creativity with commercial thinking and love seeing your work come to life across a national stage, this is your moment.Please note: at this time, Brand Collective are not seeking recruitment agency support for this role, and will not be liable for any unsolicited candidate profiles or associated fees.
