Were looking for a promising PR and Influencer Coordinator to support our growing sub-brand Baddest with various administrative and influencer tasks.The ideal candidate will be creative, obsessed with keeping up with the ever-changing world of influencers & social media, but most importantly well-organised, confident, and have a can-do attitude! This role would suit someone with some exposure to the beauty industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist with managing influencer relationships & executing collaboration contractsIdentify and build strong relationships with key influencers across all social platformsConstantly source new talent that aligns with the brandBrainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer marketing campaignsAssist in brand awareness activitiesDevelop, monitor, and track engagement & conversions through influencer contractsPrepare reports for Directors & provide feedback on collaborationsHandle department admin, processing, and tracking, including actioning PR orders through our warehouse inventory systemCommunicate with the PR dispatch team to ensure PR orders are fulfilled on timePrevious experience working with influencersKnowledge of influencer marketing and current ratesStrong negotiation skillsSocial media savvy with the ability to identify trends on TikTok, Instagram, and morePassion for beauty & tanningFlexible and disciplined in managing various tasks and meeting deadlinesProactive and highly organisedEye for detail and current trendsExcellent communication skillsProficient computer skillsPositive, upbeat personalityBenefits include:Brand new offices in RoseberyStocked kitchen with goodiesOnsite gymFun events throughout the yearOpportunities for career growth in a new business #J-18808-Ljbffr
