Daily, youll collaborate with teams across the business, such as material planning, warehousing, and procurement, supporting and delivering our Xtrap project, including material planning, expediting, logistics, and warehouse operations.Well look to you for:Driving people development, including skills assessment, training, and qualification to strengthen supply chain capabilities.Preparing and managing functional budgets; overseeing end-to-end material planning from delivery schedules to on-time part delivery.Establishing performance metrics for supply chain tracking.Developing policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety of delivery.Managing inventory supply and forecasting, driving towards best practice principles to achieve cost objectives and service level excellence.Monitoring supplier performance, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements in collaboration with other departments.Building strong relationships with key functional areas of the business.Fostering a culture of standard operating procedure compliance, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.Establishing relationships with global forwarders and suppliers to ensure smooth product supply.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
