With a strong focus on service, safety, and smart logistics, this company continues to expand with purpose.About the RoleWere on the lookout for an experienced and capable Import Air Freight Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Botany facility. Youll take charge of a 1015-person team, managing high volumes of inbound freight, ensuring compliance with Customs and AQIS regulations, and maintaining seamless service across multiple clients.This role is ideal for someone who can think on their feet, thrives in a fast-moving logistics environment, and knows how to keep a team firing on all cylinders.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver daily KPIs and operational performance targetsOversee receiving, putaway, and processing of air freightEnsure accurate labour allocation to optimise efficiency and control costsLead and mentor a team of warehouse staff to maintain high standards and productivityManage compliance with Customs and AQIS regulationsPromote and enforce OH&S practices to maintain a safe working environmentCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client expectationsMonitor workflow and adjust resources to meet changing demandsAbout YouYoure a confident and proactive leader who thrives under pressure and keeps a cool head in a dynamic setting.
