We''re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. If you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and running smoothly, we want to hear from you!The Facilities Attendant maintains and cleans various common areas of the Lora Bay Clubhouse and Lora Bay Lodge, with the responsibility of ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitary environment for team members, members, and guests. The role includes performing regular cleaning tasks in common spaces, restrooms, and event areas, as well as handling basic maintenance duties, including building and equipment repairs. The Facilities Attendant plays a key role in preserving the overall functionality and appearance of the facility, contributing to a positive experience for all who visit. Attention to detail, a proactive approach to maintenance, and a strong commitment to cleanliness are essential for success in this position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDaily Tasks (Performed Multiple Times Per Day)Restrooms: Clean and sanitize all restrooms in the Clubhouse, Lodge, and gym. Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.Floors and Windows: Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of floors in high-traffic areas such as the Clubhouse main entrance, Golf Shop, Lodge, restaurant, and gym. Clean interior and exterior windows as needed.Garbage Management: Empty all garbage bins throughout the facility and ensure timely removal. Monitor garbage bins to ensure no overflow, community dumping, etc.Snow Removal: Assisting with sidewalk snow removal, parking lot snow removal, and salting. Clear snow and apply salt to designated areas, including:Clubhouse parking lotSteps to the Clubhouse and Lodge.Sidewalks, including accessibility pathways.Delivery/kitchen entrances and parking lotsClean and sanitize gym equipment and floors.Clean and maintain the gym restroom.Perform towel laundry and restock towels, water, and sanitary wipes as needed.Other Regular ResponsibilitiesFacility Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks, including all floors of the Lodge (upper, main, and lower), restaurant furniture, and light fixtures.Event Support: Assist with setting up and taking down tables and chairs for events.Minor Repairs and Maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, light fixture replacements, and HVAC filter changes.Administrative and Coordination DutiesLiaising with Trades: Schedule and coordinate service appointments with trades for maintenance and repairs.
