The role involves liaising with medical practitioners to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information. Through medEbridge, we provide secure online access to a national marketplace of GPs, specialists, nurses, allied health professionals, and more. Our platform enables health practitioners to access information quickly, helping clients who have suffered personal injuries from road or workplace accidents.What You Will Be DoingKey responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring caseloads are handled within specified timeframesBooking appointments and conducting interviews with GPs and specialistsWriting accurate case notes in the medEbridge platformManaging relationships between clients and UHGPerforming data entry and ad hoc administrative duties as requiredWhat You Should HaveEnrolled nurse with knowledge of how health practitioners work in clinicsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSound keyboard skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts effectivelyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExceptional time management and organizational skillsAdditional InformationWhy work for UHG?We are the market leader in our field, committed to innovation through people, processes, and systems.
