With training, support, and a strong team culture, well help you thrive in your role and build a rewarding career.Current Opportunities CastlemaineAs our Loddon Mallee South Home Care program continues to grow, were looking for compassionate, reliable, and community-minded individuals to join our supportive team.Based in the Castlemaine area, youll play a vital role in helping older people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.These roles offer meaningful work and the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of older people by delivering care with empathy, respect, and a strong person-centred approach.We are currently recruiting for the following part-time roles:Home Care Domestic Support(No formal qualifications required)In this role, youll travel between clients homes to provide practical, personalised support tailored to each persons needs.Duties may include:General household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and tidyingPreparing light meals and assisting with grocery shoppingCleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and shared areasProviding social support or transport to appointments and community activitiesMonitoring client wellbeing and reporting any concernsSupporting clients in line with their personal preferences, cultural background, and valuesEnsuring the home environment is clean, safe, and comfortableHome Care Worker(Relevant qualifications required)This qualified role includes all of the above duties, plus:Providing personal care such as showering, grooming, toileting, and mobility supportFor a full list of responsibilities, please refer to the position description linked below.What Were Looking ForWere seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting older people to live independently at home.
